It fits any phone, MP3 player or I Pod. And you forget you are wearing it, it's ideal for runnning because it never gets in the way. I wish I had it from the beginning when I started running, but when I go back to running after I have my baby I'm excited to use it again. You can also use it as a place to keep money if you don't want to carry it around and it's so small no one will know you are wearing it.

Really cool! It fits my iphone and key while I run. It can also fit a chapstick if I really try to fit it. It's light weight and stays on well.

the SPI Belt was exactly what I needed for my long runs. Holds 2 gel packs, phone and key. Highly recommend!
